Onboarding

Live in days. Not months.

Most ERP migrations die in the middle. Ours is a guided wizard — every step has a template, a bulk import with a progress bar, and a verify checklist. You always know what's done and what's next.

The protocol, step by step.

Each step takes minutes, can be skipped and revisited, and tells you exactly how to double-check the data landed right.

Company & branding

Name, logo, timezone, the letterhead that prints on your POs and invoices. ~5 minutes.

Connect your email

POs, invoices and statements send from your mailbox. Pick your provider — Gmail/Google Workspace, Microsoft 365/Outlook, GoDaddy, Yahoo, Zoho, or any SMTP host — the server settings fill themselves, and a one-click test email proves it works.

Card payments & shipping funds

Paste your Stripe key (exact click-path shown) so customers can pay invoices by card, and fund your shipping balance so the first label prints without a detour.

Invite your team

Roles and permissions per person; everyone gets a secure one-time setup link. Two-step verification is standard for every user.

Your catalog vocabulary

Conditions, categories and subcategories (paste pairs or import CSV), manufacturers, warranties — plus customer & vendor types, terms and payment methods, set up before the imports so records land complete.

Warehouses & bins

One CSV builds your whole bin layout. Warehouse ZIPs power closest-warehouse order routing from day one.

Chart of accounts & opening balances

Keep your account numbers from your old system. One import creates accounts, heals sub-types, and posts opening balances as a single balanced entry — safe to re-run.

Customers & vendors

Bulk import with duplicate detection, or update-on-match to enrich existing records. Marketing categories come along for the ride.

Products

The full catalog — costs, prices, weights, images — imported in one pass with a live progress bar. 6,000 products land in about 15 seconds.

Starting inventory

Load real on-hand counts (serialized or not) so day one matches the shelf — or start at zero and receive through POs.

Go live on your channels

Connect each marketplace and link the listings you already have — the system adopts them, prices and quantities intact. Nothing changes on day one, nothing duplicates, and only new orders import. Then flip the switch.

Why it's safe to switch.

🛟

Nothing changes on day one

Go-live adopts your existing listings at their current prices and quantities. Your channels don't feel the migration.

🔁

Every import is re-runnable

Duplicates skip, updates match, balances true-up. A stumble never means starting over.

🧭

You're never guessing

Each step shows progress, errors with line numbers, and a verify checklist. The wizard knows what's left.
